Where do the proceeds for the original artworks go?
All proceeds from the sale of our original artworks are donated directly to 'Learning for Life', a charity dedicated to supporting education.
Can I return an original artwork?
Because these are charity sales, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if an artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at knockknock@gristmill.com.au within 14 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Do the artworks come framed?
All artworks are sold unframed. They are shipped rolled in a tube to ensure they arrive safely.
How are original artworks shipped?
Unlike our merchandise, original artworks are shipped directly from our studio. Please allow 5-8 business days for us to carefully package and dispatch your art.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available for both merchandise and artwork. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
